Harrah’s Ak-Chin Hotel & Casino Expansion // Phoenix, Arizona

Hotel expansion including a spa, a conference center with multi-use ballroom space, a parking garage, additional restaurants and more than 200 additional rooms.

Scope: Prefabrication of EIFS exterior wall panels down to finishes. Four panels installed on site each day, enclosing one floor a week. Building in the shop dramatically increased the level of quality on the finished panels.
